Welcome to Wings of Change LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Services Provided
We offer Reiki and related wellness services through in-person appointments. Our services are complementary and not a substitute for medical care. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions.
Booking & Payment
All services are booked online through our website. Payment is required at the time of booking and is processed securely through Wix Payments.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice.

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice will be refunded or rescheduled at no charge.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to the full service fee.
Limitation of Liability
You understand that Reiki is a complementary wellness practice. Wings of Change LLC is not liable for any adverse effects or outcomes resulting from the use of our services. Always consult your healthcare provider regarding medical concerns.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
